The Vice Chancellor University of Ilorin, Prof. Sulyman Abdulkreem Age, has urged the newly admitted students in the university to shun cultism.

The Vice Chancellor said this at the matriculatiom ceremony for the 2017/2018 academic session, which held at the university auditorium on 29th March, 2018.

According to the management, of the total number of aspirants the university had, over 11,000 students were admitted and matriculated to study various courses in the university.

The Vice Chancellor in his speech titled; "The Dawn of a New World", urged students to shun all acts of cultism, but to uphold decency and good behavior in their academic pursuit.

In his words, "Cultism is a monstrous evil that should not be allowed to exist, let alone in a decent and orderly environment. It is an unruly evil that has truncated and aborted dreams and aspirations of individuals caught in the web."

Her further enthused that, the zero tolerance of the university towards cultism, has produced a smooth, stable and peaceful academic session in the university over the years.

The Vice Chancellor said, "I encourage you to shun cultism in all its forms because the university will not condone it," as he pleaded that students choose their friends appropriately. "Known the son of whom you are," he said.

Prof. Age went further to emphasize on the importance of dress code in the university community, he stated that, "we are of the conviction that decency should not be thrown into the wind," while he advised the students handbook to always dress decently and abide by the dress code of the university.

Anthony Joshua was taken the distance for the first time in his professional career before winning a unanimous points decision in his world heavyweight title unification fight with Joseph Parker in Cardiff.

After 12 rounds , Britain ’s Joshua triumphed 118 -110 , 118 - 110 , 119 - 109 on the three judges ’ scorecards .

Victory extended the London 2012 Olympic champion ’ perfect pro record to 21 wins from as many bouts but was the first in which he’d failed to do so by a knockout.

It also saw International Boxing Federation and World Boxing Association champion Joshua add Parker’s World Boxing Organisation belt to his collection.

This result was New Zealand boxer Parker’s first defeat in his 25 -fight pro career.

Saturday’s contest in front of a 78 , 000 capacity crowd at the Principality Stadium was the first time two previously undefeated heavyweight champions had met for a world title in Britain .

Joshua’s win should move him closer to a bout against Deontay Wilder, the American who holds the World Boxing Council ’s version of the heavyweight title .

Wilder had been due at ringside but didn ’t show and a confident Joshua, speaking to Sky Sports, after his win was confirmed : “Wilder, let ’s go baby . “Bring him here and I ’ll knock him spark out .”

He added : “Remember that I am the unified heavyweight champion of the world. “That is 21 professional fights with six world title fights in it. “My strategy was to stick behind the jab and that secured me another world title belt .”

With Joshua earning a reported £15 million and Parker £ 7 million , this was easily the biggest fight of the beaten boxer’s career . “I lost to the better champion tonight ,” said Parker. “We will back again stronger and I ’m happy I went the twelve rounds .”

Shortly before the bout started , Parker ’s promoter , David Higgins , came to the press seats at ringside while an undercard bout was taking place to allege Joshua ’s camp had tried to get his boxer’s hand wraps changed in a bid to unsettle his man .

Higgins said a Welsh supervisor, acting at the behest of Joshua’ s camp tried to get Parker ’s hand wrap changed before he in turn complained to Robert Smith , the general secretary of the British Boxing Board of Control.

Higgins insisted Parker ’s hands were being wrapped just the same way as they had been for all the fighter ’s previous professional fights , with Smith, he said , allowing the binding to stay as it was.

Joshua had weighed in at 17 st 4 lbs ( 110 . 4kgs ) on Friday , well down from a career high of 18 st 2 lbs ( 115 .5 ) against Carlos Takam last time out , while Parker came in at 16 st 12 lbs ( 102 .3 ).

As Parker ’s mother looked on from ringside , Joshua took charge in the centre of the ring early in the first round .
A cut around Parker’s left eye was evident from the third round.

Joshua tagged Parker with a solid left in the fourth and landed again seconds before the bell ended that round.

But Parker made some good connections in the fifth and there was a furious exchange early in the sixth , before Italian referee Giuseppe Quartarone intervened .
Joshua, having been struck late when the referee tried to break up the fight , incurred the wrath of Parker ’s trainer, Kevin Barry , when he too landed late in the eighth round.

Both boxers were frustrated by the referee’ s early interventions just when it seemed either one of them might unload with a sequence of punches.

The cut round Parker’ s left eye worsened and blood emerged from the wound in the tenth round . But a game Parker kept going and the boos at the end of the contest appeared to be aimed at the referee rather than the boxers.

The suspended President of Nigerian Union of Engineering Students Association — NUESA, Mr Yussuf Musbaudeen Adeyemi — FOCUS, has been restored as the President of the Faculty by the Students Union Court.

The court in its Judgement stated that the suspension should be treated as null and void, as though it never existed, while ordering the Faculty's SRC to pay a sum of #6, 000 compensation to the President.

The case which was began on the 14th of March, 2018, was instituted to challenge the perceived unconstitutionality of the earlier indefinite suspension meted out on the President. We learnt from reliable sources that while the suit was pending, parties tried to resolve out of court to no avail.

The judgement was however not limited to a reinstatement and payment of compensation, but also included an order for the SRC to write a letter of apology to the President for the suspension.

Lead counsel to the plaintiff, Mr Kalejaye Musa took time to express his joy at the victory. He congratulated his client for being a leader with maturity and dexterity, while praising the court for upholding constitutional supremacy. He also appreciated the efforts of his co-counsels towards the feat.

Counsel for the defendants, Mr Tajudeen Habeeb was however unwilling to react to the court's decision. He stated that he had not seen the full judgement and would not say a thing until he had received it.

Princely X reporting,

UCJ UNILORIN.

To begin with.  A Drug is any substance that alters the physical, mental, and overall medical state of the user. Least of the abusers nowadays find solace in these  illicit substances, whilst some abuse these drugs for recreational purposes. On the other hand, some are of the opinion that if you don't get high on a regular basis it makes you "socially awkward".

My point is ingesting these drugs might kill you instantly or worse, kills you slowly, rendering you an handicap either physically or mentally to which death will be the final resort.

The following are the drugs available over the counter and or in the neighbourhood that are being regularly abused:

1.Tramadol/T.M,Boko Haram,Tramore.

2.Rohypnol,Ref, Roachil, Epa. Forget me drug.

3.Codeine, lean, purple drank.

4.Marijuana,Igbo,kush,Ganja,Greens.

5.Crack,loud,Bonzai.

6.cigarette, cancerette, deathstick, cigar.

7.Hookah, Shisha.

8.Promethazine.

9. Phencyclidine,PCP, Angel dust, Horse tranquiliser.

10.alcohol.

This article will focus on 'how not to abuse the drugs', the adverse effects, and how to overcome the addiction.

TRAMADOL

Tramadol is classified as a schedule 4 (prescribed only) in Nigeria, Tramadol is used primarily to treatment of mild–severe pain, both acute and chronic.

Its analgesic effects takes about one hour to come into effect and 2 to 4 hours to peak after oral administration with an immediate-release. It has about one tenth the potency of morphine and is practically for pain moderation where in severity. Its effectiveness is equivalent to that of codeine. Also works as effervescent tablets and powders for mixing with water, capsules.

The Common side effects include: Constipation, itchiness and
nausea. Loss of appetite.

Serious side effects may include seizures, decreased alertness, and addiction. Permanent  kidney and liver damage, risk of committing  suicide.

While this drug is not recommended in women who are breastfeeding , those who take a single dose should not generally stop breastfeeding.

Note: Tramadol is highly habit forming, which its withdrawal syndrome sets in upon sudden stop in the consumption of the said drug. The Psychiatric symptoms may include hallucinations, paranoia, extreme anxiety, panic attacks. In other words one has to stop gradually by reducing the dosage of the drug intake.

Most importantly, overdose on these substances might result into: depression,Addiction, or death.
On the final note Tramadol may take up to 5-7 days in your blood stream.

Rohypnol

Rohypnol is an intermediate-acting pshyco active  drug with general properties similar to those of Valium and xanax. It is used in the short-term treatment of insomnia, as a pre-medication in surgical procedures and for inducing anaesthesia.

This drug is commonly called ' forget me drug' because users of  this said drug have been reported to have gaps in their memory when under the influence of this drug,(partial amnesia). This effect is particularly dangerous when rohypnol is used to aid in the commission of sexual assault; victims may not be able to clearly recall the assault, the assailant, or the events surrounding the assault.

Primary abuser of this drug often consume it orally by chewing. It may also be abused by crushing and snorting the powder,or crushing and mixing it with marijuana to smoke, also it can be mixed with alcohol.

Importantly, these aforementioned ways are the most fatal ways of consuming this drug, because it simultaneously  releases a very high dosage of renin in the central nervous system which might lead to seizure, respiratory depression, and can also knock you out. If you stay out long enough, permanent brain damage might ensue or death. The only safer way of consuming  this drug is swallowing the whole pill. This way the substance will be released into the nervous system  gradually.

The Common side effects include : drowsiness, dizziness, loss of motor control, lack of coordination, slurred speech, confusion, and gastrointestinal disturbances.

Serious side effects include : respiratory depression, seizure, liver damage, short term memory loss, Brain damage, and AMNESIA in rare conditions.

Chronic use of Rohypnol can result in physical dependence and the appearance of a withdrawal syndrome when the drug is discontinued. Rophypnol impairs cognitive and psychomotor functions affecting reaction time and driving skill. The use of this drug in combination with alcohol is a particular concern as both central nervous system depressants potentiate each other's toxicity. Also, the mixture of Rohypnol with marijuana creates a much volatile substance which is capable of impairing the user's mind permanently.

Injection of any illegal drug puts the user at risk of contracting HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), hepatitis B and C, and other blood-borne illnesses.

Codeine

Codeine also known as lean, purple drank, syrup. Is an opiate used to treat pain , as a cough medicine , and
for diarrhea .It is typically used to treat mild to moderate degrees of pain. Greater benefit may occur when combined with paracetamol or ibuprofen.

It's generally taken by mouth. It typically starts working after half an hour with maximum effect at two hours. Abusers of this drug often consume it orally, my opinion on this is that if you ever want to sip lean, do not take this drug in it's raw form, try mixing it either, sprite, or monster.

Adverse side effect include:drowsiness and constipation. Less common are itching , nausea, vomiting , dry mouth , miosis, orthostatic hypotension, urinary retention, dry throat.

Chronic side effects include : asphyxiation, seizure , acute pancreatitis , and respiratory depression . diminished libido, apathy, and memory loss.

As with all opiates, chronic use of codeine is highly habit forming . When physical dependence has developed, withdrawal symptoms may occur if a person suddenly stops the medication.

Withdrawal symptoms include: drug craving, runny nose, yawning, sweating, insomnia, weakness, stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle spasms, chills, irritability, and pain. To minimize withdrawal symptoms, long-term users should gradually reduce their codeine medication.

Overdose: Without mincing words, if you overdose on codeine you die. Rappers like Pimp c and Fredo Santana, died from overdose of this drug.

.

Cannabis

Cannabis also known as marijuana is also a pshyco active drug from the plant cannabis. This is the most commonly used illicit drug in the world.

Cannabis is often used for its mental and physical effects , such as a "high" or "stoned" feeling, a general change in perception , euphoria (heightened mood), and an increase in appetite. Onset of effects is within minutes when smoked, and about 30 to 60 minutes when cooked and eaten.

They last for two to six hours. Short-term side effects may include a decrease in short-term memory, dry mouth, impaired motor skills, red eyes, and feelings of paranoia or anxiety. Long-term side effects may include addiction, decreased mental ability in those who started as teenagers, and behavioral problems in children whose mothers used cannabis during pregnancy. There is a strong relationship between cannabis use and the risk of psychosis.

The adverse effects of this drug  varies based on the type of cannabis ingested, and they include:

A. Cannabis sativa also known as skunk (sk): this type of cannabis contains up to 3- 40% of CBD (Cannabinoid) which increases the pshyco active agent in the plant.

B. Cannabis indica also known as Arizona, colorado,PawPaw: This type of marijuana also contains a very high concentration of THC TETRAHYDROCANABINOL which is also called the (couch lock effect) this is used medically to induce sleep in some states.

C. Cannabis Ruderalis also known as Igbo, wiwi: this contains the lowest CBD concentration.

It must be note worthy that smoking is  never the best way of getting intoxicated beacuse it poses the risk of having lung cancer. if  you're smoking alone and one blunt does not do the magic, is either you're smoking bull nugget or your body is ready for crack.
Moreover it has been rumoured that the use marijuana is not addictive , I kid you not it is indeed addictive.

Cannabis is consumed in different ways:

smoking, which typically involves burning and inhaling vaporized cannabinoids ("smoke") from small pipes , bongs (portable versions of hookahs with a water chamber),
paper-wrapped joints or tobacco-leaf-wrapped blunts, and other items.

vaporizer , which heats any form of cannabis , causing the active ingredients to evaporate into a vapor without burning the plant material.

Cannabis tea , which contains relatively small concentrations of THC because THC is an oil  and is only slightly water-soluble. Cannabis tea is made by first adding a saturated fat to hot water (e.g. cream or any milk except skim) with a small amount of cannabis.

Edibles , when cannabis is added as an ingredient to one of a variety of foods, including butter and baked goods.

Studies have shown that long term use of  Cannabis usually causes no tolerance or withdrawal symptoms except in heavy users. In a survey of heavy users, 40% experienced withdrawal symptoms when they tried to quit marijuana, such as craving, irritability, boredom, anxiety and sleep disturbances.

Crack

Crack cocaine, also known simply as crack, loud,or bonzai, is a free base form of cocaine that can be smoked. Crack offers a short but intense high to smokers. It is  the most "addictive" (effective) form of cocaine.

Its initial effect is to release a large amount of dopamine ,a brain chemical inducing feelings of euphoria.

Primary abuser of this drug often consume it in the following ways: The most commonly ways of consuming this drug in Nigeria is either mixing with either marijuana or tobacco.

Adverse side effects includes : lung, liver, kidney damage. increasing irritability, restlessness, and paranoia.

This may also result in a full-blown paranoid psychosis, in which the individual loses touch with reality and experiences auditory hallucinations. Vertigo, muscle spasms, amphetamine poisoning.

Seizure and convulsion, respiratory depression, 'coke bug' this is a feeling where the affected people believe they have parasites crawling under their skin. Risk of cardiac arrest, and sudden death. Among others.

On the final note there's no safe way of getting high. Every drug you ingest poses a high risk of killing either instantly or slowly. Even an ordinary Tylenol or paracetamol has been said to cause liver damage.

The only way is not to start because once you start it's VERY hard to stop. You would be doing a great favour to yourself and the world around you by fighting addiction to these substances.

( A response to: http://www.nairaland.com/4417206/unilorin-7-months-semester-fall)

In response to the lament over the delay in the academic activities in the Unilorin, it's pertinent to remove the dents ignorantly melted on the school's lush garment which was ostensibly carried out by one of her egocentric under processing product. It's obvious the painter's brush have been starved of some inks lately and this slight misdeed by his victim has dewed some inks to his brush ball; well Mr writer, it may interest you to know that you ain't the only one with keen observation acumen, just some minutes ago such thought ruminated but it has to be shelved for more proper and clarified thoughts. This actually say much of your background and what man or woman you are growing to be - a type that with a slight inconsistence within the four wall of the house, it has to be spread across the skyview for all who have eyes to see and devour!

Well, since you've decided to wash your dirty linens in the glare of your unwilling audience, coming out to paint same in another colour to the same audience should not, I harbour a feeling of contempt but of honour to people like me; after all, we may be living in the same room, but our area of sight and comfort cannot at all time be same. Extolling the beauties of my academy is what I have come out to do, there's no misunderstanding!

A couple of weeks ago, with empathy I listened to a friend of mine's complain about the incessant destructive delay in overall activities of his school - Administrative and academic- this was a friend who got admitted ahead of me, I'm in my 200Level 1st semester while he's on vacation for the 1st year's 2nd semester.

The unreasonable part is that they just saw the 1st semester results - not all are out yet! Will this ever happen in my school, well, to be objective here, I'll maintain that such is not yet in sight and may likely never! I remember our results started popping up merely a week or two after our exams. Isn't it BETTR BY FAR, compare to that of my friend's?

I've authority to say these, reason being that I had been to another school, but when compared to what it is here, there is wider dissimilarity! Take out the general outlook of the school, I expect anyone with fact to come out and refute the fact that Unilorin is a foremost student-oriented school in Nigeria. Probita doctrina is not just for gain saying, it has been blended with every modus operandi of the school, you never can tell where you learn and when your manners will be altered for good! Unilorin is morally inclined and religiously imbibed.

About the administration, no doubts, fraction and cracks do occur within the most united family, however, when compare with other households, one may be left with a deep breath of relief or a deep sigh of depression. I remember in one of our usual convos, this my friend once told me how it was likely that some members of academic staff 'ganged up' against the decision of the governing body to thwart the emergence of some particular principal officers.

This led to total disruption of both bodies. Can such ever happen here, well, I won't say no, but that would be when staff (both academic and Administrative) are no more disciplined either by self virtues or imposed; and when well laid schemes of events are no longer honored and follow through. In Unilorin, "No distractions, is our attractions".

With the proliferation of modern technologies and their applications via the engagement of experts with such valour, you can brush aside the enquiry on how possible examination results of over 20, 000 students could come out just a week after seating. Unilorin do not leave all this in the hand of technologies alone, human capacities are also harnessed and diligence is their watchword!

Further discussions with my friend reveals that even when a supposed inconsequential entity cough in his school, fever catches even the most prominent authority, little wonder the recent non academic staff industrial action also affected not only the academic staff but also the commuters, the best people like me can do for such darling friend is to pray for his school's quick recovery and may we never experienced such here, Amin.

Have you been to a school before where the mere sight of the student's ID card rope tells you what faculty, department or possibly the course he studies? Unilorin perfects such ingenuity. Of all about 15 faculties in the school, the colour of tag's rope distinguishes one from other. You may be asking to what purpose, don't forget I say Unilorin is student-oriented, there is a tip-of for the Security agency operating in school and of course, inculcating work ethics in the students before releasing them to outside world because your ID card is mandatory to be on you at all time within the school premises.

Polemics in reference to how tedious and competitive gaining admission in Unilorin could be have been on for only God knows how long, but the truth is that being a first-choice-school. Fine admission is strict however it's worth noting that it devoids ambiguity when eventually gained - you can be in the comfort zone of your room and fulfil all the righteousness via Internet, and when date for assumption is announced, enter class.

In the same light, and of course as the bane of all arguments, academically, Unilorin, amongst her peers, is not lagging behind. There are mechanisms put in place to aid learning and teaching; as part of the school's futuristic advancement goals, moving along with the tides of technological advancement that is fast becoming inseparable with the society, infrastructure are being put in place to enable the students and staffers dive along smoothly. Worthy materials in terms of texts might not be available in their hardcopies yet, hence the need to furbish every qualified member of the university community with unhindered access to Internet at every point in time within the school environs. Ask me if such initiative is applicable else where, I'll tell it can definitely, but within inconsistency in their modus operandi.

The University do not want to entertain excuse for failure from her students, hence provides an all-round access to Internet and E-library for easy access to conforming updated academic materials. This shows that Unilorin is at the forefront when it come to students' welfarism.

What has happened, real students had just had their normal communion and in this kind, blood and anguish as bread and wine. For where? In Unilorin, you remain that tamed students until the last day of your studentship. No! That's not to tame the students ingenuity, their intellectualism and their confidence, no. That's just to tame that unnecessary vengeance, to imbibe the quality of self-restrainedness and ability to see things from other peaceful point views and applying less conflicting resolutions.

Security of life is guaranteed, cultism-free, fear-free; No arbitrary fighting, do it and be shown the way out - no matter whose idiotic animal's breed is flogged! And talking about students Unionism, well, Unilorin has fundamentally taken care of that. There's a students' Union, and not students' Union Government. If you understand what that simple term 'government' could be interpreted to, you would understand why every wordcraft needed to be holistically looked into before letting a legal pronouncement back up.

Some schools in their tartered regalia perhaps could not look beyond the surface meanings of this word, hence their incessant scoring of own's goals. Unilorin is not building rascals as students Unionists, no! With conceptual framework of Unionism, Unilorin is experimenting and industrializing  what ideal politics should look like by ploughing avenue for students to engage in ideal political game in the school - such game that devoids of rancor, bitterness, vengeance and unwarranted names calling.

After all, Unilorin believes her politically breeding intelligentsia and intellectualists (those who are ready to revolutionised our lacuna political space) would soon take over the real arena and that utopian society everyone is craving for would be achieved. Let's me drop some hints on how the game is played here: the candidates must first be digitalized; campaign is digital, presentation of manifestos is digitalized, debates are digitalized and the D-day is also digitalized. Students seat at their comfort zone to exercise their franchise. Except Unilorin, which other school does this in Nigeria, none.

So, all these said and known of, it's unexpected of anyone (not to even talk of someone who should know better) to come out and jettison what we should all gather around and protect.

What happen is not a result of internal undoing, it's obviously external! Majority of Federal schools as I type are being faced with same challenge. Thank God we have people here who are working round the clock to ensure things fall back to normal and in earnest. Coming out to sharpen or get some undue encomiums over what should be discouraged. When one sees his father's third leg enjoying strange breeze, do you son gather villagers to come and see it?

The best that is expected of such a cultured son who believes in the pristine blessings of his father is to first cover him up and then later tell him of what he is not being conscious; and all in hermitage.

Graduate Self Employment (GSE) is a compulsory course for 300L Students of the better by far University, University of Ilorin. At inception, this course was aimed at helping students understand and possibly tap into entrepreneurship opportunities so that they may – if they want to – become self employed upon graduation.

This course, until the 2017/18 academic session had been purely theoretical and most students considered it a waste of time.

The saying that failure to prepare, is to prepare to fail, is not disassociated from UNILORIN, as it had poor preparation before reaching a conclusion that GSE should be made fully practical. The Students’ Union President, ‘Reedof’, revealed recently that the University had plans of charging GSE students ‘#5,000’ as part of their tuition, specifically for the practical of the skill acquisition program each student would embark on. That perhaps would have been a more suitable option, even though the money was a tad too much. Without a substantial means of funding the practical, registration commenced. Students offering the course picked their various skill acquisition programs, even though some of them complained that they were handicapped in their selections, as most of their preferred courses were no longer available for selection. A student of Mass Communication department, Olowoyo Ganeeyah expressed her concern that “if a person decides to pick any one just to fulfil all righteousness, of what use will the certificates be?”

Classes started very late for different skills. The students were left with about four weeks (barely 2 hour in each week) to learn and practice the skills which they opted for. Picture a student learning hairdressing, or refrigerating in 8 – 10 hours. It was in the second week that most of these Students started realizing that the heaven they had been promised was inexistent. Students started complaining about the inhumane treatment by some of their trainers, aided by the fact that some of these trainers did not even have specified facilities for training their students. In some climes, Students were made to pay money to class representatives for materials, as trainers complained about the absence of needed materials from the school. In the middle of aggravated outcry, the Students’ Union ‘interceded’ on behalf of Students. The outcome of the self acclaimed “ever dogged” Unions’ meeting with the University was not well received. Students were mandated to pay #1,000 within 48 hours, and instructors were ‘instructed’ to round up their courses in two weeks. For students who paid money to class representatives – in cash I must add – they were told to come to the Students’ Union Building with proof of payment in order to get their money back. Such wild dreams.

Students took to various social media platforms to express their anger, primarily on the forced payment and its deadline, and by extension, on the course itself. Fadumila Azeezah of the Faculty of Law mentioned that “a program that was meant to start at the beginning of the semester began at the middle of the semester. Not only that, the problem of getting in touch with the trainer arose as the numbers uploaded by the school turned out to be wrong, or the person claiming he isn’t in charge of the program. Another problem was the problem of identifying the venue for the programs and most frustratingly is the lack of funds” Another student, Oladeji Makanjuola of the Faculty of Arts, learning Refrigerating and Air Conditioning lamented that “it is a total waste of precious time. Although my trainer has been trying his best to accommodate all and make things easier, he forgets that those doing the skill are not just engineering students alone. All in all, it’s a beautiful initiative, but it’s coming at the wrong time.”

In reaction to the various lamentations of Students, especially as regards the late hour deadline given to the #1,000 payment, the SU met with the University and came to agreement on new terms. That Students should no longer pay the #1,000 but should instead go and buy the materials themselves, following the instruction of their teachers. Students who had made that payment earlier on were assured of a refund. What about the people who have been paying for practical and materials? And how do you leave your students to the mercy of instructors who may decide that a #8,000,000 tusk of an elephant is what they would need for their practical? The SU President mentioned that “that’s what the students want.” But is that what they need?

The GSE attempt had altogether failed in its pilot at practical, with Students bearing the brunt. Worse still, in the middle of the inconsistencies in continuation of the program, coupled with the other problems which students have been faced with, they will be graded. Why do students always have to be at the receiving end of failed policies? The University authority is enjoined to find a utilitarian solution to the hiccups which their students are faced with; else they stand a risk of massive failure. This of course would not add colour to the image of the better by far institution.
