Trump tweet: The American 🇺🇸 Way 👍

Today's Trump is all about America 🇺🇸, American jobs, American economy, American taxes... you get the drift.

Of course, the President is very aware of Hurricane Irma and throws in a tweet or two in between to let you know what's happening there as well.

Trump told the crowd in North Dakota that the idea is to cut taxes, especially for businesses and for the middle class.

The plan would also eliminate the so called “death tax,” which is the taxes on certain inheritances. He said the tax cuts would be the biggest since President Reagan’s term. The President also repeated a line he used in an earlier speech in Missouri, concerning those in Congress who would oppose tax reform.

"Anybody that's going to vote against tax cuts and tax reform, whether it's in North Dakota or anybody else or anyplace else, you've got to vote against them and get them out of office," he said. "It is so bad."

The GOP tweeted 🐦 to thank the President and the First Lady for donating $1 million towards Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.

Trump on Thursday sought to reassure young undocumented immigrants who were brought to the US as children concerned about their future after speaking with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

Pelosi told House Democrats at a closed-door 🚪 she spoke to Trump via phone Thursday morning and urged him to reassure those protected in the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, two sources said. Trump initiated the phone call to Pelosi, they said.
