103,030 students to sit for JSCE, in Kaduna


103,000 students, from 1,300 public and private schools in Kaduna state would sit for the Junior Secondary School Certificate Examination.

The Director of the state’s education Resource Centre, Hajiya Talatu Mustapha, said, in Kaduna that the examination that commenced on July 28 would end on Aug. 4.

Mustapha explained that the centre was responsible for planning, organising and conducting the examination that would certify the students for the senior secondary school education.

She commended the state government for the support in ensuring that necessary logistics were provided for the conduct of the examination.

The director cautioned the students against examination malpractices and equally warned management and proprietors of schools against aiding such acts.
