FG Begins Investigation of Death Electrocution, In Minna


Federal Government, commenced an investigation into the cause of electrocution that led to the death of two in Minna, the Niger State capital.

The Executive Director Technical services, Nigeria Emergency Management Services Agency (NEMSA), Engr Tukur Gidado who was in Minna the state capital to condoled with the families of those who lost their lives and properties during the inferno last Sunday urged for hiring qualified persons in wiring their houses.

He charged people to install circle breaker in houses to trip off light during emergency adding that as social responsibility organization would do the needful to cushion the effects of the disaster on the lives of the affected.

The Executive Director further stated that measures have been put in place to avert future occurrence and however expressed dismay over the unfortunate incident.
