Madu tells Kanu to form his party

The National Chairman of the Independent Democrats, Chief Edozie Madu, said that the Indigenous People of Biafra lacks the power to stop any election in the country.

He described IPOB’s threat to disrupt the November 18 poll in Anambra State as empty.

The ID leader spoke in Awka, the Anambra State capital, while inaugurating the party’s women league and a 10-man committee of the party in the state ahead of the governorship election in the state.

He said, “If Nnamdi Kanu of IPOB thinks his movement is popular he should form a political party where he will have all the powers and legitimacy to participate in elections the way he thinks."
