The Health Builder's  Initiative (THBI), record landmark on the construction of a home for an aged woman, in Agbo-oja, Kwara State.

THBI, built a home for an aged woman, known as Mama Ikirun, in Agbo-oja, Kwara State, a village few kilometers away from the State capital.

The Director, THBI, Dr. Kadiri, said, photography was what took us to Agbo-oja, after trying other villages, where they refused to give us a chance, to explore our passion.

According to her, we saw Mama during the construction of a borehole in the community, and we saw that Mama's home was too dangerous for her, then we went ahead, to seek the consent of, Mogaji in the community, who gave us his support, in constructing a new home for Mama Ikirun.

She said, 'at first it was picture, later we thought, we must not just expose Mama, but also assist her', this lead to the beginning of this project.

She further reported that, all funds got for the construction, was solicited for on social media, through the use of photographs, at every stage of the project.

She also  opined that, she has been able to convince so many people, that there are good people in Nigeria, through her honest act.

The head of the community, Mogaji, Dauda Salaudeen, thanked THBI, for their support, in ensuring development in the community.

He urged the privilege in the society, to follow suit and support the less-privilege in the community.

He further enthused that, 'if the government are doing this, the society will be a safe place for everyone', as he craved support for the government.
