FG To Use Technology To Fight Crime, Terrorism

The Minister of Defence, Mansur Dan Ali, said, the Federal Government will employ the use of technology to tackle the menace of illegal migration, trans-border crimes as well as terrorism.

The minister made this known during the Heads of ECOWAS Immigration, hosted by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) currently holding in the nation’s capital, Abuja.

The aim of the meeting is to review the irregularities in the system as well as improve data sharing.
