🇸🇸S-Sudan Unveils SSD Number🚙 Plate Series

South Sudan has ended the use of CE, EE, SSJS, UNS, WS and NBGS number plates and unveiled a new series. The country has launched the new series of nationalised country code SSD, the National Transport and Safety Authority announced on Wednesday.

These will be the only numbers the country will recognise after registration from December 13. "All parties concerned should ensure they acquire the new number plates from the Southern Sudan government before the deadline," the notice read.

On November 7, NTSA outlawed car registration series banned in South Sudan. The country had varied registration codes from 2005 to March when the government introduced a unified country code.
