Unilorin debate team qualifies for NUDC knockout rounds

Three (3) out of four (4) Unilorin teams have made it to the next rounds after all nine (9) preliminary rounds ended yesterday.

Announcing the teams that proceed to the next rounds yesterday, 2 out of the 3 Unilorin teams made it straight to the Quarter finals, while the remaining team will compete in the partial Octo finals.

Also, in the Public Speaking division of the championship, 3 Unilorin students have qualified for the Semi final rounds.

University of Ilorin debate club, is the defending champion of the championship, after winning the competition at Covenant University last year. This year's championship is holding at University of Port Harcourt.

The partial Octo finals and the Quarter finals will hold today, while the Public Speaking Semi Finals will be held tomorrow.
