Trump Tweet: Taking it all in

President Trump's foreign trip seems to have begun on a positive note, with his flamboyant speech at the Yokota Air Base in Japan and even few golf games with Prime Minister Abe. His calm only seems to have been interrupted by the Church shooting that happened in Texas on Sunday.

Sporting a bomber jacket as he addressed U.S. 🇺🇸 troops at Yokota Air Base just after landing in Japan, Trump touted the might of the U.S. military as he began his tour of Asia at a time of heightened tensions with North Korea. “We dominate the sky. We dominate the sea. We dominate the land and space,” the president said. “Not merely because we have the best equipment, which we do, and by the way, a lot of it's coming in. You saw that budget. That's a lot different than in the past. A lot of beautiful brand new equipment is coming in. And nobody makes it like they make it in the United States. Nobody.”

A man walked into the First Baptist Church ⛪ in Sutherland Springs, about 40 miles southeast of San Antonio around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday and began shooting. At least 26 people were killed and 30 more were injured. Police have said that the alleged shooter is dead.
