Trump Tweet: Tough choices

The President had a hard time on Wednesday, a day after the attack on New York City. He's now even more concerned ⚠ about implementing tougher immigration policies. What he also does, today, is to play judge, which isn't always the best thing for a president to do, especially when a case is about to go on trial.

Trump's tweets deviated from an unwritten rule that presidents shouldn’t express themselves on the outcome of pending criminal cases. Public comments that someone is guilty or should be punished in a certain way can and do play into the hands of defense lawyers if and when cases go to trial❗

🐦 Would love to send the NYC terrorist to Guantanamo but statistically that process takes much longer than going through the Federal system. There is also something appropriate about keeping him in the home of the horrible crime he committed. Should move fast. DEATH PENALTY!
